We operate as main contractor on projects demanding a high quality finish and the integration of complex design and the innovative use of materials. Contract Values and Procurement Our contract values range from £250,000 to £5 million, although we do undertake smaller commercial works. Almost all of our workload is generated either through direct recommendation or from repeat business from existing clients, architects, engineers and surveyors. Commercial and Residential Three quarters of our work is in expensive residential projects, both refurbishment and new build. The remainder comprises of commercial restaurants, shops and other projects. Several projects have been featured in renowned publications which include the Architects Journal, Elle magazine, FX magazine and the Evening Standard. Superior Construction  The company strives to produce superior construction using unusual and interesting materials with high quality finishes and only consider projects of that type. Workforce We typically have about eight projects running at any one time, each with a dedicated site agent. We employ and manage our own team of skilled craftsmen and specialist sub-contractors using a core of employees and direct labour, all are skilled in their respective trade.
